needs to be cleaned before a face lift

Sometimes when we clean it is not always a disaster that happened.  We clean apartments and rental property when old tenants move out and new ones are moving in.  In this particular photo we are looking at a garage space of a business.  It had years and years of dirt and grim built up in it.  The owner is wanting that area to be a clean space.  and look nice.  he has planes on painting it and really sprucing it up.  Before he can do that he has got to get rid if the build up from all those years.  It may not look like it from the picture but after we were done this place would have past a white glove test.  It is now ready for paint.
